Tests Offered:

• $60 - PCR COVID-19 Test (results within 48 hours) – for most travel

**Note that most airlines and most countries that require a COVID test to travel only accept PCR tests. Please confirm with your airline and with the destination country’s official website for the type of test required.   

How To Book An Appointment:

• The quickest way to secure your appointment is to register below, which requires a $10 deposit. The $10 deposit is applied towards the cost of the test (as an example, if you book below for the PCR test, then you will only be required to pay the remaining $50 balance on the day of your appointment).

IF YOU ARE EXPERIENCING COVID-19 SYMPTONS, HANDICAP, OR CONSIDERED WITHIN THE “AT RISK” GROUP, PLEASE DO NOT COME IN THE CLINIC. Simply register above and call us from your car when you arrive. Please be sure to note your car type, make and model when you call so we can locate you and securely obtain your sample.
